液態物料在真空狀態下經圓筒形夾套加熱產生的輻射熱以及輸送鋼帶承力夾套板加熱產生的傳導與輻射熱綜合作用下,通過調節烘干溫度以及網帶的運行速度讓物料從進料端輸送到出料端過程中很快的被烘干脫水達到工藝要求,然后在刮料機構清理下將干燥后的物料刮下經專門的出料機構排出,從而達到烘干之目的。廣泛應用于醫藥、食品、化工、生物工程等行業的低溫脫水烘干。
